How will our relationship work?
You can cancel at any time but please give us at least 24 hours notice before a scheduled clean. We would strive to earn your continued custom based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship. Let us know how we are doing. Your feedback is welcomed at anytime.
Who will clean my home?
Your home will be cleaned by a Pristine Cleaning Team assigned to you. This team consists of 2 staff members with a backup to cover for holidays and sickness. The same team will clean your home every time.
While in your home, our staff are not permitted to eat or smoke or use any appliances. Our training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
At what time will my team be arriving at my home?
We normally work Monday to Friday 9.15 to 2.30. We will make an appointment with you but please allow 15 minutes each way due to travel.
What happens if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
We will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
What if I don’t want my cleaning to be done while I am away on holiday?
Please give Pristine Clean a call, giving us at least two days notice of your requirements.
What will Pristine Clean do in my home?
Our free in-home estimate allows us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. Everything we do will be tailored to your specific requirements.
Do I have to do anything before my house is cleaned?
We ask you to spend a few minutes tidying where necessary. This will enable us to devote all our time to cleaning and will give you best value of your cleaning fee.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
We will provide all our own cleaning products and equipment so that you don’t have to. All our staff are trained in their use so that safe and effective working practices can be maximized. We use environmentally friendly products. If you have any special requests in this regard please discuss this with us in advance.
What If you hold keys to my house?
Most of our customers provide us with keys to their homes. These are kept in a safe and labeled with a code number that is independent of the respective address.
How do I pay?
You are asked to pay on the day the clean is done. Most of our customers find it convenient to leave a cheque payable to Pristine Clean or cash on the kitchen table or work surface. A receipt can be posted out to you should you request it.
What if something gets broken?
We treat your home with the utmost care. If something should be damaged or broken we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?
Please give Pristine Clean a call, giving us at least two days notice of your requirements.
